Le périmètre couvert est assez large : CRM ( Salesforce), Data (ETL), TI (développements informatiques). - Définir et analyser les besoins du client

Quel est le profil de notre candidate idéale ?

- Tu as minimum 3 ans d’expérience en tant que Consultante Salesforce
- L’aspect technique du développement et de la gestion d’un projet informatique n’ont pas de secret pour toi !
- Tu as une excellente communication et tu possèdes un esprit analytique ?
- Tu organises tes tâches de façon minutieuse et méthodique ?
- Tu parles/écrit parfaitement en français et avec un niveau conversationnel en anglais afin de pouvoir communiquer de façon fluide avec les différentes parties prenantes ?
- Tu as des connaissances dans les outils suivants : Pardot, Heroku, AppExchange spécifiques.
- Tu disposes des certifications Salesforce (c’est un plus mais pas obligatoire)

What are the tasks of the Salesforce Consultant?

- Define and analyze customer needs
- Configure custom solutions and optimize customer organizations as needed
- Supervise the implementation, collaborate with our teams of Salesforce consultants and developers
- Create functional tests and recipes
- Guarantee monitoring, communication and reporting of work progress
- Ensure maintenance and user assistance
- Act as a trusted partner to customers
- Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud tools

What is the profile of our ideal candidate?

- You have at least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant
- The technical aspect of developing and managing an IT project has no secrets for you!
- Do you have excellent communication skills and an analytical mind?
- Do you organize your tasks carefully and methodically?
- Do you speak/write perfectly in French and with a good level of English?
- You have knowledge of the following tools: Pardot, Heroku, specific AppExchange.
