This role is key to growing and maintaining relationships that support the long-term inventory and operations of SSU. Time Commitment Typically 5 hours per week, up to 10 hours per week in September/January Term of Employment August 2026 - April 2027 Main Responsibilities - Identify and reach out to potential sponsors and donors - Build and maintain ongoing relationships with dry cleaners - Coordinate sponsorships for events and suit donations - Negotiate terms that benefit SSU’s operations and student affordability ## Qualifications - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Professional and articulate in external outreach - Experience with sponsorship, sales, or business development is an asset - Confident in email and phone communications Anticipated Learning Outcomes The Vice President of External Affairs will develop skills in outreach, partnership management, and negotiation.
