About the Role: Color is looking for a strategic sales leader who will manage our Labor and Public Sector sales teams, driving growth and ensuring the overall attainment of revenue goals. You will lead a team of three direct reports—two focused on the Labor market and one on the Public Sector—mentoring them to expand our footprint and win new business. You will be responsible for setting the vision, executing the strategy, and ensuring our team consistently meets or exceeds performance targets. How You'll Contribute: - Manage, coach, and develop a team of three high-performing sales professionals (2 Labor, 1 Public Sector) to drive professional growth and team success. - Define and execute the overall sales strategy for the Labor and Public Sector segments to achieve aggregate pipeline and bookings targets. - Actively participate in the sales cycle for high-value accounts, co-pitching to Joint Boards of Trustees, union leadership, and government procurement committees - Own the overall attainment of goals for the team, providing accurate forecasts and performance metrics to management with actionable recommendations. - Lead the team in building and maintaining high-impact relationships with key stakeholders, including unions, coalitions, and public sector decision-makers. - Identify and remove roadblocks for your team to enable a higher volume of sales and ensure competitive wins in the market. - Synthesize field insights regarding unique union benefits, ERISA regulations, and public sector buying habits to guide internal product development. - Represent the company at premier industry forums, notably the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) and public sector benefit conferences.
