We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Enterprise Products (CRO) to lead the development and execution of a dedicated business unit focused on delivering transformative solutions to investment banks, hedge funds, family offices, and other key stakeholders in the financial ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities): Strategic Leadership: - Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise products jointly with the Chief Product Officer, ensuring alignment with company goals and market opportunities. - Act as the key evangelist for enterprise solutions, building awareness and credibility among traditional financial institutions and blockchain ecosystems. Market Expansion: - Identify and cultivate relationships with investment banks, hedge funds, family offices, and other traditional financial players. - Drive adoption of Liquid and Lightning technology platforms by educating stakeholders on the benefits of digital assets and blockchain-based solutions and growing the respective industry federations. - Oversee, delivery and implementation of the custom enterprise solutions. Collaboration & Team Leadership: - Build and lead a cross-functional team, including product managers, engineers, and sales professionals, to achieve business objectives. - Build and lead the business development organization for the enterprise solutions. - Collaborate with marketing, legal, compliance, and other teams to ensure product success in regulated markets. Thought Leadership: - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing the value of our enterprise offerings. - Stay abreast of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments to inform product strategy.
