Our comprehensive platform helps organizations efficiently manage, secure, and automate their IT environments, driving operational efficiency and long-term business success. Backed by [Insight Partners](https://www.insightpartners.com?utm_source=chatgpt.com), a leading global software investor, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth and continues to expand its global footprint. Today, Kaseya supports customers in more than 20 countries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide. Founded in 2000, Kaseya has built a culture centered around innovation, accountability, and results. We are a high-growth, high-performance organization that values individuals who are driven, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers and teammates alike. At Kaseya, success comes from embracing challenges, moving with urgency, and continuously raising the bar. Position Summary Kaseya is looking for a VP of Supply Chain & Procurement to define and own Kaseya’s global supply chain, vendor ecosystem, procurement operations, and cost management strategy. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will have a rare builder’s mandate: stand up our global Procurement function from the ground up — the organization, operating model, intake processes, and spend controls — while owning global supply chain operations spanning demand planning, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse management. This is a high-visibility executive role with direct impact on the company’s cost structure, scalability, and operational resilience. You will serve as a senior member of the operations and finance leadership team, influence at the C-suite level, and partner across Finance, Operations, Product, IT, and Customer Success in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. ## Key Responsibilities - Own the end-to-end global supply chain strategy and operating model — planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment, inventory optimization, demand planning, and warehouse management. - Build and lead the global Procurement function, establishing intake processes, spend controls, category management, and governance across hardware, software, services, and indirect spend. - Personally lead the company’s most strategic vendor negotiations — pricing, terms, SLAs, and long-term agreements — to maximize value and reduce cost. - Set and deliver enterprise-wide cost savings targets, and optimize inventory, cash conversion cycles, and procurement-related working capital. - Establish vendor KPIs, scorecards, and governance to drive supplier accountability and performance. - Own the procurement and supply chain systems roadmap, leading selection and implementation of ERP, P2P, and vendor portal platforms. - Build an enterprise risk framework for the supply chain, mitigating vendor concentration, logistics disruption, and compliance risks. - Build executive-grade dashboards, analytics, and reporting to support C-suite decision-making. - Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing global supply chain and procurement organization. Required Qualifications - 15–20+ years in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or operations, including significant experience at the VP or equivalent senior executive level — ideally in technology, hardware-enabled SaaS, or global distribution environments. - Proven success building and leading global supply chain and procurement functions in high-growth companies, including standing up new functions or transforming underdeveloped ones. - A track record of delivering material, measurable cost savings through strategic sourcing, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization at enterprise scale. - Deep experience with ERP systems, procurement tools, and supply chain analytics, including leading major system implementations. - Strong analytical and financial acumen, with fluency in P&L, working capital, and unit economics. - C-suite-level communication, executive presence, and cross-functional influence. - Experience in private-equity-backed or performance-driven environments strongly preferred; M&A integration experience a plus. Additional information Kaseya provides equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants without regard to race, religion, age, ancestry, gender, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, veteran status, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. ## About Kaseya Careers ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Kaseya is a global provider of unified IT management and cybersecurity software, serving managed service providers (MSPs) and small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs). - **Entity Type**: Private (privately held) - **Headquarters**: Miami, Florida, USA - **Founded**: 2000 - **Founders**: Not publicly available ## Core Business - **Primary industries**: IT management, cybersecurity - **Target customers**: B2B – managed service providers (MSPs), small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), and enterprise IT departments - **Mission**: “To empower you to simplify and transform IT and cybersecurity management with innovative platform solutions.” ([kaseya.com](https://www.kaseya.com/company/)) ## Products & Services - **Kaseya 365**: Unified platform combining IT management, security, backup, and automation tools for MSPs and IT teams. - **IT Glue**: IT documentation and knowledge management platform. - **RapidFire Tools**: Network assessment and reporting tools. - **Spanning Cloud Apps**: Backup and recovery for SaaS applications (Office 365, G Suite, Salesforce). - **ID Agent / Graphus**: Dark web monitoring and phishing protection. - **RocketCyber**: Managed detection and response (MDR) platform. - **TruMethods**: Business coaching and operational best practices for MSPs. - **Unitrends**: Backup and disaster recovery solutions.
