About The Role: A Warehouse Group Leader (or Team Lead) acts as a frontline supervisor, overseeing daily operations, staff, and workflows to ensure accurate, safe, and timely receiving, storage, and shipping of goods. They bridge the gap between management and warehouse staff, handling, training, inventory control, and troubleshooting operational issues, often working on the floor alongside their team.
