As AI reshapes cybersecurity, enterprises face a dual challenge: unlocking AI’s potential while defending against AI-driven attacks. Cato addresses both through a unified, cloud-native platform, providing the visibility and context to prioritize risks and stop threats in real time across users, applications, data, and AI agents. Join us as we scale: take on ambitious technological challenges and shape the next generation of enterprise security at a company trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide. Cato Networks is looking for a Web Operations Manager as a contractor to keep our web projects organized, our resources focused, and our website up to date. In this contract role, you’ll manage incoming web requests, coordinate work across internal teams and external partners, and perform website updates yourself. This role combines strong project management with hands-on execution. You’ll turn requests into clear assignments, balance priorities and capacity, and ensure work moves from intake to launch with consistent quality. ## What you’ll do - Manage web ticket requests. Own the request queue, clarify requirements, assess urgency, and establish priorities, owners, and delivery timelines. - Coordinate resources and workloads. Allocate work across developers, designers, content contributors, and agency partners based on skills, availability, and business priorities. Identify capacity constraints and resolve scheduling conflicts. - Drive projects through completion. Manage briefs, schedules, dependencies, reviews, and approvals. Proactively address blockers and keep stakeholders informed. - Perform website updates. Publish and maintain pages, content, images, navigation, forms, and other website elements through our content management system. - Support campaigns and launches. Coordinate web deliverables, confirm readiness, and ensure updates go live accurately and on schedule. - Maintain quality. Check content, links, layouts, forms, and functionality across devices and browsers before and after publishing. - Improve web operations. Establish practical intake processes, ticket standards, documentation, and reporting that make work easier to request, execute, and track. - Track delivery performance. Monitor backlog, turnaround times, workload, and recurring issues to improve planning and execution. ## What you’ll bring - Experience in web operations, digital project management, or website management. - Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple priorities and delivering work on schedule. - Experience managing ticket queues and coordinating resources across internal teams, contractors, or agencies. - Hands-on proficiency with content management systems and confidence making website updates independently. - The ability to translate stakeholder requests into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria. - Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to QA and follow-through. - Clear communication, sound judgment, and confidence negotiating priorities and setting expectations. - Strong English communication skills for supporting a global marketing website. Familiarity with HTML/CSS, web analytics, SEO fundamentals, and marketing automation is a plus. What makes this opportunity different We’re building an AI-forward marketing organization, and this role offers a hands-on opportunity to be part of that work. - Learn and apply AI tools. If you haven’t tried AI-assisted development, often called “vibe coding,” you’ll have the opportunity to learn it alongside other AI tools that support web marketing, experimentation, and execution. - Help build the foundation for AI-driven experiences. Participate in major web infrastructure upgrades that will enable new ways to engage visitors and support their journeys. - Bring your experience and expand your impact. If you already use AI tools or have built AI-enabled web experiences, you’ll have opportunities to take on broader ownership and more advanced initiatives. You don’t need to arrive as an AI expert. Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn are essential. We’re looking for someone who can deliver strong web marketing today while helping us build what comes next. ## About Cato Networks ## Company Overview - **One-liner**: Cato Networks provides the world’s leading single-vendor SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) platform, converging networking and security into a global, AI-powered cloud service. - **Entity Type**: Private (Series G funded, valuation >$4.8B) - **Headquarters**: Tel Aviv, Israel - **Founded**: 2015 - **Founders**: Shlomo Kramer (Co-Founder & CEO) and Eyal Heiman (Co-Founder & CTO) ## Core Business - **Primary industry**: Computer and Network Security (SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, Cloud Security) - **Target customers**: Enterprise organizations (B2B) of all sizes, from mid-market to large global enterprises - **Mission or purpose statement**: To redefine enterprise security for the digital and AI era by simplifying infrastructure, unifying policy, and embedding security and AI into the digital business. ## Products & Services - **Cato SASE Cloud Platform**: A cloud-native service that converges SD-WAN, network security (firewall, threat prevention), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) into a single, global, AI-powered cloud service. - **Cato SSE (Security Service Edge)**: A standalone security offering that provides zero-trust protection, AI-driven incident detection, and data security independent of networking infrastructure. - **Cato Next Gen Networking**: A software-defined, cloud-optimized networking solution for resilient, high-performance connectivity between users, sites, and clouds. - **Cato AI Security**: A suite of capabilities securing AI interactions, including safe use of third-party AI, runtime protection of homegrown AI apps, and protection against agentic AI threats. - **Unified Management (CMA) & Platform API**: A single-pane-of-glass management application and API for policy enforcement, monitoring, and automation. ## Market Standing - **Valuation**: Over $4.8 billion (as of 2025) - **Key Metric**: Over $350 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in 2025, growing at 43% year-over-year. - **Total Funding**: Over $1 billion raised since 2015 (Series G of $409M led by Vitruvian Partners and ION Crossover Partners in July 2025). - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Greylock, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Aspect Ventures, U.S. Venture Partners, Swisscom Ventures, Vitruvian Partners, ION Crossover Partners. - **Growth Signals**: Named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for SASE Platforms for the second consecutive year.
