## Job description

【岗位职责】

一、钱包账户体系

1.负责钱包账户系统的架构设计与演进，统一管理助记词、私钥、硬件、MPC、托管（Turnkey 等）、机器人钱包、保险箱等多类账户形态。

2.主导异构账户体系的融合与抽象，沉淀统一的账户模型与 Web3 ID 能力，支撑钱包及其他业务方的接入需求。

3.设计对外可接入的钱包能力，对其他业务线开放标准化的账户、签名、交易接口，避免业务方重复自建。

二、钱包核心服务

1.负责钱包核心后端服务的设计与开发，覆盖资产管理、代币列表、交易历史、上链广播、Gas 策略等关键链路。

2.负责大规模钱包数据（账户、资产、交易历史等亿级数据量）的存储设计、查询性能与版本兼容性。

3.负责钱包与中台基础能力（行情、Token、节点 RPC、资产）的集成与解耦，推动公共能力下沉、钱包业务上浮。

三、多链支持与上链

1.负责钱包多链支持的接入与维护，覆盖 EVM、Solana 及其他主流公链。

2.负责交易构造、签名、广播、状态追踪的完整链路，保障在网络拥堵、Nonce 冲突等场景下的稳定性。

【任职要求】

一、技术基础

1.5 年以上后端开发经验，3 年以上 Golang 实战经验，精通并发模型（Goroutine / Channel）、标准库及主流框架（Gin / Go-zero / Gorm）。

2.熟练掌握微服务架构与分布式系统设计（消息队列、分布式锁、熔断限流、幂等设计等）。

3.精通 SQL / NoSQL 数据库优化，熟悉 Redis 缓存设计及 Kafka 异步处理；具备亿级数据量场景下的存储设计与查询优化经验。

4.主导过中大型后端系统从 0 到 1 的架构设计与落地，具备账户、订单、资产等核心域的建模经验。

5.至少 3 年 Web3 开发经验，理解区块链基本原理，熟悉交易流程与合约交互机制。

6.熟悉主流公链交互机制，要求熟悉 EVM 与 Solana；熟悉 Move / Sui 者优先。

7.熟悉交易构造、签名、广播、Nonce 管理、Gas 策略等链上交易全链路，具备主网钱包或交易系统的实战经验。

8.具备较强的学习能力，能快速跟进新技术、新公链、新协议，并判断其在业务中的实际价值与落地路径。

二、钱包专项

1.熟悉主流钱包账户体系，包括助记词 / 私钥 / 硬件钱包 / MPC / 托管钱包等的原理与差异，理解各类账户的安全模型与使用场景。

2.具备钱包后端的实际开发经验，主导或深度参与过账户系统、资产模块、交易历史等核心模块的设计与落地。

3.具备多账户体系融合、抽象与对外开放能力建设的经验，或对此方向有清晰的方法论。

三、AI 工程能力

1.日常使用 AI Coding Agent 开发，并有相应工程沉淀。

2.具备搭建 Agent Harness、编写 Skills / Prompts 的实践经验。

3.了解 MCP、Tool Use、RAG、Eval 等概念及其工程落地边界。

【加分项】

1.有 MPC / TSS 钱包后端的开发经验，或熟悉 Turnkey、Fireblocks、Privy 等托管钱包方案。

2.有 AA 智能合约钱包（EIP-4337 / EIP-7702、Safe、Biconomy 等）相关的开发经验。

3.有亿级数据量下的数据迁移、版本兼容、双写切换等实战经验。

4.有钱包安全相关经验（密钥管理、签名风控、欺诈检测等）。

5.有围绕 AI Coding 的内部工具、Skill 库、Agent 工作流等沉淀经验。

6.有开源社区贡献或技术博客输出。
