【岗位职责】

一、行情与实时数据系统

1.负责 Web3 行情系统的后端架构设计与开发，覆盖链上行情、DEX 池子数据、订单簿、成交流、K 线等多类实时数据的采集、清洗、聚合、存储与分发。

2.构建低延迟、高吞吐、可水平扩展的实时计算链路，保障行情数据在高并发场景下的稳定性、一致性与时效性。

3.设计并实现实时数据推送服务（WebSocket / gRPC Streaming 等），支撑前端、策略、交易等下游业务对实时行情的消费需求。

二、链上数据中台建设

1.负责链上数据中台的整体设计与落地，构建从节点接入、区块解析、事件解码到结构化存储的完整数据链路。

2.负责区块、交易、事件日志的解析与解码（Log Decode、Trace 解析、内部交易还原等），将原始链上数据转化为业务可消费的结构化数据。

3.抽象多链数据模型，沉淀通用的解析框架与数据资产，支撑行情、交易、钱包、预测市场等上层业务。

4.构建实时数据监控与报警机制，覆盖节点健康度、数据延迟、数据完整性、解析异常等关键指标。

【任职要求】

一、技术基础

1.5 年以上后端开发经验，语言 Java 或 Go 均可，熟悉 Java 者更佳

Java 方向：3 年以上 Java 实战经验，熟悉 JVM 调优、并发编程，掌握 Spring 生态。

Go 方向：3 年以上 Golang 实战经验，精通并发模型（Goroutine / Channel）、标准库及主流框架（Gin / Go-zero / Gorm）。

2.熟练掌握微服务架构与分布式系统设计（消息队列、分布式锁、熔断限流、幂等设计等）。

3.精通 SQL / NoSQL 数据库优化，熟悉 Redis 缓存设计及 Kafka 异步处理。

4.具备实时计算系统的落地经验，熟悉状态管理、背压、容错、Exactly-Once 等机制；使用过 Akka 或 Pekko、Reactor（或 Project Reactor / RxJava）、Redis Stream。

5.至少 3 年 Web3 开发经验，理解区块链基本原理（共识、P2P、Gas / 手续费模型等），熟悉交易流程与合约交互机制。

6.熟悉主流公链交互机制，要求熟悉 EVM 与 Solana；熟悉 Move / Sui 者优先。

7.具备链上数据中台、行情系统或类似数据平台的项目经验，熟悉 Log Decode、ABI 解析、Trace / Internal Tx 处理等，主导过多链数据模型抽象或通用解析框架的建设。

8.主导过中大型后端系统或数据平台从 0 到 1 的架构设计与落地。

具备较强的学习能力，能快速跟进新技术、新公链、新协议，并判断其在业务中的实际价值与落地路径。

二、AI 工程能力

1.日常使用 AI Coding Agent 开发，并有相应工程沉淀。

2.具备搭建 Agent Harness、编写 Skills / Prompts 的实践经验。

3.了解 MCP、Tool Use、RAG、Eval 等概念及其工程落地边界。

【加分项】

1.有大数据实时与离线计算经验（Flink、Spark、Storm 等），熟悉 Lambda / Kappa 架构。

2.有 DEX（Uniswap V2 / V3、Curve、Raydium、Orca 等）池子状态维护、价格计算、聚合行情相关经验。

3.有 MEV、Mempool 监听、抢跑保护等相关经验。

4.有时序数据库（如 TimescaleDB、Druid、ClickHouse）在行情场景下的落地经验。

5.有围绕 AI Coding 的内部工具、Skill 库、Agent 工作流等沉淀经验。

6.有开源社区贡献或技术博客输出。
