Du kennst das WEG-Recht im Detail und weißt, worauf es in der Praxis ankommt: Du führst Eigentümerversammlungen souverän durch, behältst auch bei komplexen Beschlüssen stets den Überblick und bringst durch unsere Technologie echte Transparenz und Effizienz in die Verwaltung. Verantwortlichkeiten - Du betreust dein WEG-Portfolio vollumfänglich und eigenverantwortlich – komplett digital über unsere Buena-Software. - Du bereitest Eigentümerversammlungen vor, leitest sie rechtssicher sowie selbstständig und setzt die gefassten Beschlüsse konsequent um. - Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für Eigentümer, Beiräte, Dienstleister und Behörden. - Du bringst deine Erfahrungen aus dem Verwaltungsalltag direkt in unser Product-Team ein: Dein Feedback aus der Praxis macht unsere Software jeden Tag besser. - Du steuerst Instandhaltungs- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen digital und in transparenter Abstimmung mit allen Beteiligten.
