## Job description

Werkstudent Recruitment (Nederlandstalig) — Den Haag of Berlijn, hybride (v/m/x) Wil je weten hoe recruitment echt werkt? Bij Eye ga je niet alleen cv's archiveren. Je helpt een groeiend recruitmentteam bouwen aan de manier waarop we mensen aannemen. En als het klikt, willen we je graag laten doorgroeien tot recruiter.

Over Eye Eye Security maakt cybersecurity van topniveau, met een ingebouwde cyberverzekering, bereikbaar voor elk bedrijf in Europa, niet alleen voor de grote spelers. We zijn met ruim 190 collega's, met ons hoofdkantoor in Den Haag en een kantoor in Berlijn. Ons team komt uit de inlichtingenwereld, defensie, tech en consultancy. We groeien hard, dus er is veel te bouwen en veel te leren.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je helpt onze recruiters kandidaten te vinden voor lastig in te vullen functies
- Je screent sollicitaties voor onze junior functies, waarvan veel in het Nederlands
- Je maakt van recruitmentdata heldere rapportages waar het team en managers echt iets aan hebben
- Je verbetert hoe we ons ATS gebruiken en houdt de data op orde
- Je brengt structuur in onze recruitmentkennis, te beginnen met alle vacatureteksten op één plek
- Je zorgt dat sollicitatiegesprekken soepel verlopen: plannen, afstemmen en contact met kandidaten
- Je helpt onze contacten met hogescholen en universiteiten op te bouwen

De functie is nieuw en groeit mee met jou en met wat het team het hardst nodig heeft.

Wie ben jij?

- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en redt je goed in het Engels
- Je zit in het derde of vierde jaar van je hbo- of wo-opleiding en kunt 20 uur per week werken, waarvan 2 à 3 dagen op ons kantoor in Den Haag of Berlijn
- Je hebt minstens een half jaar administratieve of kantoorervaring (een bestuursjaar telt ook mee) en je bent handig met Excel
- Je wilt een carrière in recruitment opbouwen en bent benieuwd hoe het vak in elkaar zit
- Je pakt dingen zelf op: je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, zoekt hulp als je die nodig hebt en stelt goede vragen

Mooi meegenomen

- Je vindt het leuk om met data te werken, of wilt daar beter in worden
- Je hebt al wat ervaring met recruitment, HR of een ATS
