Deine Rolle Als Teil des Commercial Enablement Teams hilfst du unserem Sales und Account Management Team, unsere Kundenprozesse smarter, schneller und skalierbarer zu machen. Mit AI und pragmatischen Workflow Tools unterstützt du dabei, Automatisierungspotenziale entlang unserer Go-to-Market-Prozesse von Lead bis Bestandskunde zu identifizieren und umzusetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

- Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Sales und Commercial Operations Prozessen sowie der Identifikation von Effizienzpotenzialen
- Mitarbeit beim Aufbau von Automatisierungen zur Reduktion operativer Ineffizienzen im Sales und Account Management Umfeld (z. B. mit n8n)
- Unterstützung bei der Integration von AI in kommerzielle Prozesse, z. B. Lead Generation oder CRM Workflows (Salesforce)
- Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung pragmatischer Workflows und schneller Tests neuer Use Cases mit Hilfe von AI Tools wie ChatGPT, Gemini oder Claude
- Unterstützung bei der Verbindung unserer Tools und Systeme über APIs, Webhooks oder No Code Plattformen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Account Management, Revenue Operations sowie Product & Engineering
- Mitarbeit beim Testen, Optimieren und Weiterentwickeln funktionierender Lösungen

Dein Profil

- Starkes Interesse daran, wie Sales und Go to Market Teams arbeiten
- Strukturierte Denkweise und pragmatischer Lösungsansatz
- Interesse an AI, Automatisierung und digitalen Geschäftsprozessen
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen mit Tools, Automatisierungen oder digitalen Workflows von Vorteil
- Grundverständnisse von Programmierung sowie grundlegenden Web und API Konzepten wünschenswert
- Laufendes Studium mit technischem, digitalem oder wirtschaftsnahem Schwerpunkt
- Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
