Je zorgt ervoor dat de klanten van Insify een uitzonderlijke klantervaring hebben. We willen verzekeringen aanbieden zoals het hoort: snel, eerlijk, gratis en menselijk! Jij helpt onze klantervaring en klantenservice vorm te geven. Samen tillen we de klantervaring naar een ongekend niveau in de verzekeringswereld.

Als Customer Support Expert ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

- Het assisteren van klanten via e-mail, chat en telefoon;
- Het voortdurend verbeteren van de klantervaring;
- Het overtreffen van de verwachtingen van de klant door middel van kwaliteitsservice;
- Bijdragen aan de verbetering van producten en processen vanuit het oogpunt van de klant;

Wat wij vragen

- Je spreekt Nederlands in woord en geschrift; dit is een essentiële vereiste!
- Je bent een bachelor, pre-master of master student;
- Je bent beschikbaar voor 24-32 uur per week;
- Je bent enthousiast en gemotiveerd, leergierig en je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
- Je bent praktisch ingesteld en bent nauwkeurig in de uitvoering van je werk;
- Je kunt zelfstandig werken;
- Je werkt graag in teamverband
