## ÜBER 8RETURNS

8returns ist ein junges SaaS-Unternehmen, das Retouren im E-Commerce neu denkt. Wir helfen Onlinehändlern, Retourenprozesse einfacher, nachhaltiger und kundenfreundlicher zu gestalten. Als Werkstudierender im Bereich Customer Support spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, unsere Kunden erfolgreich zu machen und ihre Zufriedenheit langfristig zu sichern.

## DEINE AUFGABEN

- Unterstützung beim Onboarding und in der Betreuung unserer Kunden
- erste Ansprechperson für Fragen rund um die Nutzung unserer Plattform
- Mitarbeit beim Monitoring der Kundenzufriedenheit und bei Erfolgskontrollen
- Unterstützung bei der Identifizierung von Upselling- und Cross-Selling-Potenzialen
- Mitwirkung an Feedbackschleifen und enger Austausch mit unserem Produktteam
