Unser Ziel ist eine Solaranlage auf jedem Dach, ein Speicher in jedem Haus und ein E-Auto in jeder Garage. Deine Aufgaben

- Du betreust unsere Kund:innen bei ihren Anfragen und Anliegen und bist erste Ansprechperson per Telefon und E-Mail.
- Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der telefonischen Kundenbetreuung, sowie der zuverlässigen Bearbeitung eingehender E-Mails.
- Du arbeitest in einem festen Team und unterstützt bei der Bearbeitung und Weiterleitung von Kundenanliegen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen operativen Teams bei Enpal zusammen, um Anliegen strukturiert zu lösen.
- Du entwickelst dich kontinuierlich weiter durch regelmäßige Trainings zu unseren Produkten, Prozessen und internen Abläufen.

Dein Profil

- Immatrikulierte:r Student:in mit einer serviceorientierten Arbeitsweise und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) in Wort und Schrift.
- Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke, empathische und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit viel Teamgeist
- Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Kundenbetreuung oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit, oder bist ambitionierte:r Quereinsteiger:in
- Du hast eine positive, aufgeschlossene Ausstrahlung und du legst großen Wert auf eine zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Kundenbetreuung.
