## Job description

Deine Rolle Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Product Management und Marketing und unterstützt dabei, Daten zu strukturieren, Inhalte aufzubereiten und Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten. Deine Arbeit trägt direkt zur Qualität unserer Abläufe, Trainings und Events bei.

Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

- Strukturierung von Datenaufnahmen, Sicherstellung der Datenqualität sowie Erstellung erster Auswertungen und Reports.
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Events, einschließlich Organisation, Logistik und Nachbereitung.
- Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Trainings- und Planungsunterlagen wie Präsentationen, Checklisten und Guidelines.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams aus Sales und Marketing zur Abstimmung von Inhalten, Daten und Anforderungen.
- Mitwirkung daran, Prozesse im Sales- und Product-Umfeld transparenter, strukturierter und effizienter zu gestalten.

Dein Profil:

- Du bist eingeschriebener Student im Bereich Sales & Product Management, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Zeitmanagement, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine hohe Transferfähigkeit.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und bringst eine hohe Motivation mit, Dinge voranzutreiben.
- Englisch sprichst und schreibst du fließend, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
