Als Werkstudent Learning Content & Product (w/m/d) unterstützt Du unser Learning Team bei der Erstellung, Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung praxisorientierter Online-Trainings im Bereich Data, AI & Engineering.

Du arbeitest strukturiert, detailorientiert und mit hohem Qualitätsanspruch daran, Lerninhalte technisch sauber und didaktisch konsistent in unsere Lernplattform zu überführen. Dabei übernimmst Du früh Verantwortung für klar definierte Aufgabenpakete und trägst aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Trainingsprodukte bei.

Schwerpunkte Deiner Rolle:

- Strukturierte Übertragung und Formatierung von Lerninhalten in unsere Lernplattform Didaktische und technische Qualitätssicherung neuer Trainingsmodule (Coding-Tasks, Quizze, Videos)
- Identifikation und Korrektur von Bugs sowie fachlicher und didaktischer Verbesserungspotenziale
- Technische Übersetzung und Lokalisierung von Inhalten (DE/EN) im Bereich Data, AI und Engineering
- Eigenständige Einarbeitung und Recherche für neue Themenbereiche zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Trainingsangebotes
- Mitwirkung an der Standardisierung von Produktionsprozessen und Templates

Das bringst Du mit

- Laufendes Studium (idealerweise Informatik, Data Science, Mathematik, Statistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. ä.)
- Hohe Affinität zu aktuellen KI-Tools wie Claude, Chat GPT oder Gemini
- Grundkenntnisse in Python und/oder SQL sowie analytisches Denkvermögen wünschenswert
- Affinität zu aktuellen KI-Themen und grundsätzliches Verständnis / Orientierung im Feld der generativen KI
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an Data, KI und digitaler Weiterbildung
- Sehr strukturierte, detailorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, Dich schnell und selbstständig in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
- Motivation, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und aktiv zur Produktqualität beizutragen
