## Job description

Wij zijn het gezicht van Insify. Bij elk telefoontje, elke e-mail en elk gesprek bouwen we vertrouwen op. We zorgen ervoor dat klanten zich gehoord, gesteund en goed geholpen voelen — ook als het ingewikkeld wordt. Met een groeiend medisch acceptatieteam en uitbreiding naar meerdere Europese landen, speel jij een directe rol in iets wat echt impact maakt.

Jouw rol

Als Medisch Acceptatie Werkstudent ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten in een van de meest persoonlijke momenten van hun ondernemerschap. Je werkt nauw samen met medische specialisten en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen soepel, nauwkeurig en klantgericht verlopen. Dit is geen standaard bijbaan — je draait mee in een snel groeiend team waar jouw bijdrage echt telt.

Wat ga je doen

- Klantcontact. Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Je legt complexe verzekeringspolissen en medische beslissingen uit op een manier die klanten écht begrijpen.
- Gegevensbeheer. Je vraagt medische dossiers op bij huisartsen en specialisten, controleert de volledigheid en verwerkt alles nauwkeurig in ons systeem.
- Samenwerken met specialisten. Je fungeert als schakel tussen de klant en de medisch specialist — je vat informatie samen, signaleert complexe vraagstukken en houdt de communicatie helder.
- Administratie. Je houdt klantgegevens up-to-date, verwerkt poliswijzigingen en bewaakt deadlines.

Wat je meebrengt

- Je studeert momenteel, bij voorkeur in een richting met raakvlakken aan zorg, communicatie of bedrijfskunde.
- Je bent beschikbaar voor 24 tot 32 uur per week.
- Je Nederlands is uitstekend — zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Dit is een harde eis, omdat je dagelijks contact hebt met Nederlandstalige klanten.
- Je bent georganiseerd, schakelt makkelijk tussen taken en verliest deadlines nooit uit het oog.
- Je hebt een oprechte klantgerichte instelling — je vindt het fijn om mensen echt te helpen, ook als het niet makkelijk is.
- Je bent bereid het WFT-examen te halen als onderdeel van je professionele ontwikkeling. Wij betalen het en begeleiden je erdoorheen.
