Education and Experience - Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent qualification. - 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting business applications and operational processes, with a strong aptitude for application systems and business process development. - Experience in the retail and e-commerce industries is preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional groups. 1. Application Experience - Hands-on experience in Manhattan WMOS (Warehouse Management for Open Systems) application support and implementation. - Experience with Manhattan WMOS SCPP, version 2011 or later, is preferred. - Experience with Manhattan Active is a plus. - Experience with the Manhattan suite of products, including Labor Management, Yard Management, and Slotting, is a plus. - Knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) integration and robotics systems with Manhattan WMOS is a plus. 1. Business Analysis and Implementation - Ability to gather and document requirements for internal and external systems. - Experience analyzing and mapping existing business processes. - Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to support solution development and implementation. - Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate developed solutions. - Deploy solutions to production after successful completion of QA and UAT testing. - Provide post-go-live support to ensure solution stability and resolve production issues. 1. Desired Technical Skills Experience with one or more of the following technologies is desired: - Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux - Programming Languages: Java, Python, C, C++ - Databases and Query Languages: Oracle, SQL - Reporting and Analytics: IBM Cognos 1.
