They aim to strengthen the foundations of care and foster environments where people and practices can thrive. ## Products & Services - **Practice Acquisition & Partnership**: VetEvolve acquires or partners with independent veterinary practices, offering operational support, infrastructure, and clinical resources while maintaining the practice's local identity and clinical autonomy. - **Career Platform**: A structured ecosystem for veterinary professionals (vets, vet students, support staff, and leadership) with clear career pathways, mentorship, and operational support. ## Market Standing - **Valuation/Market Cap**: Not publicly available (private company) - **Key Metric**: Network of 53 veterinary practices across 8 eastern states, recognized for sustained growth three years in a row. - **Notable Investors/Partners**: Leadership team includes Catherine Howell (CEO), Clayton Stanley (CDO, previously led acquisition of 180+ clinics at AmeriVet), Mike Polgardy (CFO), and Mayange Kane (COO). The company explicitly positions itself against burnout culture. - **Remote/Hybrid/Office**: Clinical roles are in-person at partner practices. Corporate roles may offer flexibility, but this is not explicitly stated. - **Career Development**: Structured pathways for all roles (licensed vets, new grads, support staff, leadership), including mentorship programs and externships. - **Unique Differentiator**: For veterans or those who value mission-driven, team-first cultures, the Marine Reconnaissance founding story provides a unique organizational bond. - **Growth Trajectory**: Recognized for sustained growth for three consecutive years, suggesting stability and expansion opportunity for employees. ## Sources 1.
