## Job description

Unser Unternehmen Mindpeak ist ein in Hamburg ansässiges KI-Unternehmen, das sich der Demokratisierung der Krebsdiagnostik verschrieben hat. Unsere Software unterstützt Patholog:innen dabei, Krebserkrankungen schneller und genauer zu erkennen, indem sie modernste Deep-Learning-Verfahren auf medizinische Bilder anwendet. Unsere KI-Lösung ist die erste, die in den USA in der klinischen Histopathologie für die Primärdiagnostik eingesetzt wird, und wird weltweit in Routineabläufen genutzt. Wir stellen uns einer zentralen Herausforderung im modernen Gesundheitswesen: dem wachsenden Bedarf an medizinischer Bildanalyse bei einer gleichbleibenden Anzahl an Krebsexpert:innen. Durch die Bereitstellung leistungsstarker, robuster Tools für die visuelle Diagnose helfen wir Patholog:innen, sich auf das zu konzentrieren, was nur Menschen am besten können – während unsere Technologie den Rest übernimmt.

Die Stelle Wir suchen für 6 Monate jemanden proaktives und detailorientiertes im Bereich Office Management (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung in unserem Management and Operations Team. In dieser Rolle bist du ein:e wichtige:r Ansprechpartner:in für das gesamte Team und erhältst Einblicke in verschiedene Geschäftsbereiche, in denen du deine Stärken einbringen kannst. Du kümmerst dich regelmäßig um Bestellungen und die Ordnung im Büro und unterstützt unser Office Management bei diversen anfallenden Aufgaben. Dabei kommunizierst du sicher auf Deutsch und auf Englisch. Diese Position bietet die wertvolle Gelegenheit, in einem agilen, innovativen Umfeld zu arbeiten und direkt zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens beizutragen.

Dein Profil

- Erfahrung: Erfahrung als Büroassistent:in, Assistent:in der Geschäftsleitung oder in einer vergleichbaren administrativen Position ist von Vorteil.
- Motivation: Hohes Engagement und Lust, deine Fähigkeiten in ein missionsorientiertes KI-Unternehmen im Gesundheitsbereich einzubringen.
- Organisation: Hervorragende Organisations- und Zeitmanagementfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu bewältigen und Prioritäten effektiv zu setzen.
- Kommunikation: Hervorragende schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch.
- Technisches Verständnis: Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office / Google Docs und modernen Terminplanungs-Tools.
- Einstellung: Eine zuverlässige, präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit einer serviceorientierten „Hands-on“-Mentalität.
- Soziale Kompetenz: Professionelles und freundliches Auftreten, Flexibilität und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
- Vertrauen: Absolute Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen.
- Verfügbarkeit: ca. vier Tage Präsenz bei uns vor Ort, in Abstimmung mit deinem Studium. Die Stelle ist auf 6 Monate befristet.
