Die Position Werde Teil des Staffing Teams bei Zenjob und skaliere mit unseren Kunden, statt nur zuzuschauen. Dein Kern-Fokus: End-to-End Order Staffing: du sorgst dafür, dass die richtigen Zenjobber schnell, zuverlässig und lückenlos auf den richtigen Schichten landen. Dafür bist du die direkte Ansprechperson für unsere Zenjobber per Telefon, denn gutes Staffing steht und fällt mit genau dieser Beziehung. Gemeinsam mit einem unserer Operations Manager bildest du die operative Schnittstelle, wenn es bei Enterprise-Kunden auf Lieferung und Qualität ankommt.

Das machst du bei uns

- End-to-End Order Staffing: Sicherstellen, dass die richtigen Zenjobber auf die passenden Schichten gebucht werden.
- Screening & Performance Monitoring: Zenjobber screenen und ihre Performance laufend im Blick behalten, damit unsere Kunden die besten Talents mit dem passenden Job Fit bekommen.
- Direkter Zenjobber-Kontakt: Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung der Zenjobber als zentrale Ansprechperson.
- Zusammenarbeit mit Operations Manager: Gemeinsame operative Schnittstelle für Lieferung & Qualität bei Enterprise-Kunden.
- Dein täglicher Stack: AirCall, Google Suite, Slack – plus Tools, die wir gerade selbst aufbauen.

Das bringst du mit

- Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und hast gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und bist kommunikativ
- Du arbeitest gründlich, lösungsorientiert, selbständig und kannst neu Erlerntes schnell umsetzen
