부서 소개 Employee Services 팀은 네오위즈 구성원들이 보다 좋은 환경에서 업무에 몰입할 수 있도록 Workplace와 Employee Experience 전반을 기획하고 운영하는 조직입니다. 오피스 공간과 업무환경, 복리후생, 사내 서비스, 전사 이벤트 등 구성원의 일하는 경험과 맞닿아 있는 다양한 영역을 담당하며, 기존 방식을 단순히 운영하는 것을 넘어 구성원의 니즈와 데이터를 바탕으로 더 나은 환경과 제도를 지속적으로 고민하고 개선하고 있습니다. 구성원에게 더 좋은 경험을 제공하는 것에서 보람을 느끼고, 새로운 아이디어를 실제 변화로 만들어가는 과정을 즐기는 분을 찾습니다.

담당 업무

- 오피스 및 Workplace 환경 기획 및 운영
- 변화하는 업무 방식과 구성원 니즈를 반영한 공간 및 근무환경 개선
- 직원 복리후생 및 Employee Experience 프로그램 기획 및 운영
- 총무성 구매 계약 (유/무형자산, 서비스, 외주, 일반비용 등)
- 전사 행사 및 Employee Engagement Event 기획 및 운영
- 총무 관련 제도 및 업무 프로세스 개선

자격 요건

- 총무, Workplace, Corporate Services 또는 경영지원 관련 3년 이상의 실무 경험을 보유하신 분
- 복리후생, 사무환경, 자산운영, 인프라 운영 등 총무 업무에 대한 다양한 실무 경험을 보유하신 분
- 제도나 프로세스의 문제를 발견하고 개선해본 경험이 있으신 분
- 다양한 구성원 및 내부 이해관계자, 외부 Vendor와 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 분
- 데이터와 구성원 Feedback을 바탕으로 문제를 분석하고 개선안을 기획할 수 있는 분

우대 사항

- 게임/IT/Tech 기업 또는 빠르게 변화하는 조직에서의 Workplace·총무 경험을 보유하신 분
- 사내 규정/프로세스 기획 및 운영 경험이 있으신 분
- AI,자동화 툴을 활용하여 업무 효율화 및 자동화 하거나 새로운 업무 방식을 만들어본 경험이 있으신 분
- 업무상 차량 운행이 가능한 분
