If that sounds motivating, this could be the place for you. ## What you'll be doing - Workplace & Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, manage supplies and mail, and support office moves, renovations, and expansions. - Vendor & Safety Oversight: Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, suppliers, and contractors, while managing local health, safety, security, and emergency protocols. - Community & Culture Building: Foster a strong sense of belonging at the Budapest Hub by championing local workplace culture, morale, and continuous employee feedback loops. - Event & Engagement Coordination: Organize social events, employee engagement initiatives, and localized internal communication programs. - Onboarding & Employee Experience: Deliver a welcoming experience for new joiners during onboarding days and proactively drive initiatives that improve the overall workplace experience. Please note that, due to the nature of the role, this is an on-site position with an enhanced office presence requirement.
