You will thrive in this role if you are: - A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo - A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing - Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data - Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) ## Role responsibilities - Experience in Xstore version upgrades, at least 2 projects - Working with the Business teams to understand the requirement and design technical solutions. - Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle Xstore POS applications. - Contribute to at least 4 full-cycle Oracle Xstore implementation projects. - Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations (ERP, CRM, OMS,  EFTLink, Customers, Articles, Prices, Promotions, Sales/Settlement). - Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions. - Perform root cause analysis for critical production issues and provide solutions. - Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and QA teams. - Ensure coding standards, conduct unit testing, and perform code reviews. - Support enhancements, new features, and localization requirements. - Perform POCs - Mentor the team members Must have qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: - 8–10 years of IT experience with strong focus on Oracle Xstore POS. - Xstore version upgrades -at least 2  project - Hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate. - Strong skills in Oracle SQL & PL/SQL. - Experience in Oracle Retail ecosystem and POS integrations. - Minimum 4 end-to-end Xstore implementations.
