Performance Objectives 2 Weeks - Complete onboarding and learn partnership tools and workflows. - Get comfortable with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and project management tools. - Begin supporting partner programs with database and organizational tasks. - Complete training on AI tools used by the team and demonstrate application by producing at least one AI-assisted project deliverable (such as a partner report, comms draft, or database cleanup). 30 Days - Improve internal resources, documentation, and workflows. - Provide data analysis through reports and presentations. - Contribute to multiple projects that drive measurable results. 60 Days - Take ownership of a data or project management initiative. - Manage and maintain accurate partner databases. - Build deeper expertise in Salesforce and PRM systems. 90 Days - Lead a significant project that drives measurable results. - Support the launch of new partner programs. - Collaborate cross-functionally on enablement and operations. - Present insights and recommendations, showing proactivity, software fluency, and care for outcomes. Commitment: - 30-40 hours per week - Working hours: Must be available between 8am - 5pm, MST/PST preferred. Actual hours are flexible with Manager approval.
