Role details
Job description
ABOUT OVERVIEW AI
Overview AI is a VC-funded, YC-backed company building edge AI vision systems for manufacturing quality inspection. Our all-in-one, edge-enabled cameras are used by leading global manufacturers including Tesla, SpaceX, Amphenol, and others.
We’ve seen rapid growth over the past two years and are now investing in highly talented generalist talent that can support GTM structure, clarity, and scale. This role is designed for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, is a real doer, excels at bringing structure to chaos, and has a real ownership mindset.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a high-ownership GTM Operations Lead to work closely with sales leadership and founders to help scale our go-to-market motion, primarily in the US and Mexico. We are trying to triple or more revenue in this region and this role will work alongside regional leadership and the founders focused on strategic and operational elements to achieve this goal.
This is a hands-on operator role. You’ll help decide strategy, where to focus/prioritize efforts, build the tools and collateral that enable sales, clean up and own our CRM and reporting, and support hiring and onboarding as the team grows.
If you enjoy ambiguous problems, building from scratch, and working directly with leadership, this role is for you.
GTM STRATEGY & FOCUS
- Help identify where to focus vs. deprioritize across markets, verticals, territories, and customer segments
- Translate leadership input into execution plans, metrics, and progress tracking
- Support decision-making with analysis, memos, and structured thinking
- Run cross-functional experiments, such as targeting a specific application, including working with marketing, outbound sales, and other teams to drive strong sales traction
SALES ENABLEMENT & COLLATERAL (HANDS-ON)
- Become deeply familiar with our AI cameras and use cases
- Personally create and iterate on:
- Sales decks and narratives
- Case studies and ROI materials
- Playbooks by vertical or customer type
- Support and potentially lead internal sales trainings
REVENUE OPERATIONS & ANALYTICS
- Support and help lead our HubSpot revamp
- Own CRM architecture, hygiene, dashboards, and reporting
- Build reporting used for:
- Weekly pipeline reviews
- Founder and leadership updates
- Identifying long-term GTM improvements
HIRING & ORG DESIGN SUPPORT
- Help define roles and hiring plans for sales and GTM functions
- Support interviewing and onboarding
- Contribute to evolving GTM org structure as the company scales
CUSTOMER & PARTNER EXPOSURE
- Join customer calls, partner meetings, and internal GTM discussions
- Build firsthand understanding of how deals are won and lost
- Potential to expand and work on experimental sales channels
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in a startup or other high paced and ambiguous environment
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong operational and execution mindset, strong bias to action
- Ability to design structure and process without over-bureaucratizing
- Willingness to travel to manufacturing sites in the US and potentially internationally for specific projects
- Technical background / degree / experience or willingness to dig deeper into camera technology
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in technical domains (engineering, hardware, AI, manufacturing, automation)
- Experience working and interfacing across multiple countries
- Exposure to building revenue operations infrastructure from scratch
WHY JOIN
- High-impact role with direct founder partnership
- Opportunity to shape how the company scales globally
- Ownership over systems, team, and outcomes
- Work alongside world-class engineering and product leaders
Why work at Overview Corporation
- Real-world impact: Code runs on real production lines 24/7 catching real defects, with metrics tracked in defects caught and scrap reduction, not research benchmarks
- End-to-end ownership: Engineers own problems from customer scoping through factory deployment and ongoing monitoring – no product manager layer
- Ship fast, ship often: Startup tempo with manufacturing rigor; work hits production lines within weeks
- Global, remote-friendly culture: Distributed teams across San Francisco, Austin, Mexico City, São Paulo, Zurich, Taipei, Shanghai and more; work asynchronously across time zones
- Competitive compensation: Salary, equity, comprehensive health insurance, 401(k), and generous PTO
- Learning & growth: Work alongside former Tesla, Apple, and top-tier manufacturing engineers; sponsorship for conferences, courses, and certifications
- Solve hard problems: Real-time AI inference, edge computing, multi-camera systems inspecting thousands of parts per minute in noisy, vibrating factory environments
- Engineering-first culture: Small teams, big ownership, direct customer impact
