Business Model: Sell the satellites, or sell what they see

ICEYE makes money two ways, and both are heavyweight enterprise deals rather than self-serve. It sells complete sovereign ISR missions to governments, hardware, ground stations, software, and lifetime support bundled into one contract that starts producing intelligence within a year. And it sells data and analytics subscriptions to insurers, banks, utilities, and agencies through its Solutions Suite, delivered by app, API, or partner platforms.

There is no public price list. Everything routes through a sales conversation, which fits a customer base of defense ministries and global reinsurers. The 1.5 billion euro backlog the company reported for 2025 suggests those contracts are long and large.
