Harmattan AI has raised about $242 million across three quick rounds. A $12 million seed led by Atlantic in 2024, a $30 million Series A led by FirstMark Capital in early 2025, and then the $200 million Series B led by Dassault Aviation in January 2026 that pushed it to a $1.4 billion valuation.
Dassault isn't a passive check. The French aerospace group is a strategic partner, and the round is explicitly aimed at putting Harmattan's autonomy inside Dassault's future combat aircraft while scaling production of its interception, ISR, and electronic warfare systems.
