We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our growing Pensacola office. This attorney will help manage a busy and expanding caseload of premises liability, personal injury, and retail defense matters throughout the Florida Panhandle. The ideal candidate will be ready to handle cases with a high degree of independence, take depositions, manage discovery, and contribute to the continued growth of the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of premises liability, personal injury, and retail defense matters for national and regional clients.
- Conduct initial case evaluations and develop litigation strategies.
- Handle written discovery, depositions, motions, and client reporting.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
- Take ownership of cases and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the Pensacola office.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury, premises liability, insurance defense, or general liability litigation.
- Ability to independently manage files with minimal supervision.
- Plaintiff or defense-side personal injury experience will be considered.
- Strong written, verbal, and client communication skills.
- A personable, team-oriented attorney who thrives in a collaborative and laid-back office environment.
