About Us: We are a dynamic start-up based in Silicon Valley, expanding our presence by establishing our first non-US site in Hong Kong. We are focused on revolutionizing the education sector through our cutting-edge generative AI education platform. Our mission is to enhance learning experiences and outcomes through innovative technology solutions.

Position: We are seeking talented and Specialist expert in Evidence Based Practices in Hong Kong to join our R&D team. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our generative AI education platform. You will work on both backend and frontend components, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help research work by the development of scientific packages;
  • Porting research results into industrial uses;
  • Taking part in administrative work on proposal/ paper submissions, event organization;
  • Communication with various units within and outside the Organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree / Master degree / PhD in Counselling, or Psychology, or Mental Health, or related discipline with interest in Hi-Tech development;
  • Preferably to have good knowledge and/ or experience in AI and Deep Learning;
  • Knowledge in various Therapeutic approaches, ARC, CAMS, CAMS for Teens, DBT, CBT, TF-CBT, CBT (Behavioral Activation), CBT (Cognitive Restructuring), Exposure-Based Therapies, MI and Structural Family Therapy modalities are definitely advantageous
  • Interest in Deep-Tech Research & Development
