職務介紹

CLS Automation Maintenance（自動化設備維護）團隊負責確保 Coupang Sub Hub內各項自動化設備穩定運作，執行設備維護、檢查與改善工作。

團隊透過優化輸送帶（Conveyor）、自動分揀機（Auto Sorter）等核心設備性能，提高物流中心的營運效率與穩定性。藉由每日異常處理及預防性檢查降低營運風險，並與設備供應商保持密切合作，持續改善設備品質，直接為 Coupang 最後一哩物流（Last Mile Logistics）的創新與發展做出貢獻。

主要職責

  • 執行物流轉運中心自動化設備的檢查、診斷與維護
  • Conveyor（輸送帶）
  • Wheel Sorter（輪式分揀機）
  • Tilt Sorter（傾斜式分揀機）
  • F-RAT
  • Spiral Conveyor（螺旋輸送機）等設備
  • 自動化設備故障時進行原因分析與故障排除（Troubleshooting）
  • 與設備供應商溝通協調並推動設備改善計畫
  • 執行自動化設備及公用設施（Utility）的週檢、月檢與改善專案
  • 管理設備運營與維護歷史紀錄並撰寫相關報告

必要條件

  • 具備 3 年以上機械設備相關工作經驗
  • 具備 Conveyor、Auto Sorter 等自動化設備改善經驗
  • 可配合輪班及跨區巡迴檢查勤務

加分條件

  • 具備自動化設備建置（Set-up）經驗
  • Wheel Sorter
  • CBS
  • Tilt Tray Sorter 等
  • 具備物流中心或製造工廠機械設備設計與現場維修經驗
  • 具備備品備件（Spare Parts）管理經驗
  • 具備 ERP 系統材料／備品管理經驗
  • 持有機械相關技術士（功能士）以上資格證照
