Job description

AWS Cloud Developer

Description We seek a skilled and innovative AWS Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AWS cloud-native applications and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong software development cloud architecture background and a passion for building scalable and efficient cloud applications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather and analyze requirements and design AWS-based applications that meet business and technical objectives.
  • Develop and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services, ensuring scalability, security, and high availability.
  • Build and maintain serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and other related services.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Utilize AWS SDKs and APIs to integrate applications with various AWS services, databases, and third-party tools.
  • Design and implement microservices architecture to enable modular and scalable application development.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure application health and performance in production environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application functionality, performance, and integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services, development practices, and industry trends to improve application architecture and design continuously.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of specific technology domain area experience (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in common coding languages.
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and experience with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, and more.
  • Hands-on experience with serverless solutions and event-driven architecture.
  • Experience with version control systems and CI/CD tools.
  • AWS Certified Developer - Associate
