Insurance Business Analysia
Job Description:
- Strong experience in Insurance domain transformation initiatives with exposure to large-scale business change programs.
- Strong experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, process consulting, and customer onboarding journeys.
- Proven ability to streamline and optimize business processes while working with cross-functional stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Strong experience in CRM platforms with moderate knowledge of Salesforce CRM for customer and workflow management.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment across business and technology teams.
- Strong understanding of transformation delivery lifecycle, operating models, and process improvement methodologies.
- HSBC experience and awareness of governance, and ways of working is highly preferred.
- Preferred candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments.
