  • Optimize database performance and maintain critical data integrity.
  • Deliver insightful, actionable reports to enhance client decision-making.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product, and design to deliver high-quality solutions at speed.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and fintech trends.

Our Technical Stack

  • Infra: GCP, Docker, Pulumi for IaC, Temporal, Postgres, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions CI/CD

Your Experience

  • Studied Computer Science or closely related technical field.
  • 5+ years of backend or fullstack engineering experience (Intermediate or Senior level).
  • 3+ years building fintech or financial software systems, with exposure to reporting and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience designing systems that process and reconcile massive transaction volumes.
  • Bonus: Experience integrating or developing features for accounting platforms (e.g. QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite).
  • Bonus: Understanding of financial reporting and compliance workflows.

Who Thrives Here

  • Engineers excited to work in-office in Toronto’s vibrant Liberty Village.
  • Builders who obsess over details and maintain a ruthless quality bar.
  • Proactive problem-solvers with a bias for action, rapid iteration, and transparent communication.
  • Professionals who value strong, adaptable opinions and constant learning.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary plus attractive equity options.
  • In-person collaboration with a world-class team in Liberty Village, with remote flexibility across Canada.
