Job description

About Lexroom Lexroom sets the standard for legal AI in Europe: clear, fast, and built for trust. In just a few years, what began as an idea has become a platform used by thousands of legal professionals across Europe. Our mission: make the law faster, clearer, and more reliable, so lawyers, firms, and companies can focus on what matters. We are scaling quickly, backed by top-tier investors and a team that runs on rigor and clarity.

Why Lexroom

  • Set the standard. Help build the benchmark for legal AI in Europe.
  • Work with the best. A team that pairs competence with curiosity and ambition with discipline.
  • See your impact. Your work directly shapes how legal professionals operate: faster, clearer, more efficient.

What you'll do

  • Become a Lexroom product expert and the voice of Lexroom in the DACH market.
  • Qualify inbound leads, run discovery calls, and book demos for our Account Executives.
  • Build outbound pipeline: research target accounts, map decision-makers across the German legal market, and open conversations by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Work closely with AEs so German-speaking prospects move smoothly through the funnel.
  • Own your numbers: hit weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets, with clean HubSpot hygiene.

What you'll bring

  • 0 to 2 years in a sales or comparable role. Early-career profiles with the right drive are welcome.
  • Resilience and a hunter mentality: a "no" doesn't slow you down.
  • Native-level German and professional English (both required).
  • Hands-on with HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) for pipeline, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Curiosity about how a fast-growing scale-up works, and the drive to grow with the team.
  • Plus: a legal background or a solid grasp of the German legal market.

What we offer

  • OTE: €45,000 to €65,000 (base + performance bonus).
  • Equity: share in the company's long-term success.
  • Hybrid work from our Berlin HQ.
  • Team retreats and off-sites to connect and build together.

What sets us apart We hire exceptional people and give them room to lead. Impact here is defined by vision and execution, not by age or title. If you are ready to take ownership, you will find real opportunities to grow and lead high-stakes work. At Lexroom ambition meets discipline and purpose. If you want to build something that lasts, we'd like to hear from you.

Why work at Lexroom

  • Culture: Described as "international and multicultural" with specialists in law, engineering, data science, product, and customer success. Values include precision, transparency, accountability, and real impact.
  • Work Environment: 5 offices across Europe (Milan, Rome, Madrid, Barcelona, Berlin). Remote/hybrid policy not explicitly stated, but the distributed office network suggests flexibility.
  • Impact: Opportunity to "transform the daily lives of thousands of professionals" and solve complex problems in a high-stakes domain.
  • Team: 120+ employees working alongside experts in AI and law. Described as a place where "ego stays at the door" and genuine collaboration is valued.
  • Growth: Fast-growing startup with significant funding, offering the chance to build at scale and "set new standards" in legal tech.
