Job description

At Fayara, we’re building and scaling high-performance digital infrastructure that powers growth across AdTech and MarTech ecosystems. We’re looking for people who are curious, driven, and eager to take ownership in solving complex, high-impact problems.

Location: Cyprus Work Model: Hybrid model (3 days per week from the office). Salary: €40,000 - €48,000

You're not joining an existing marketing team. For now, you are the marketing team. We're a growing business with established brands, multiple websites, social channels, email databases and a presence at international conferences. The foundations are there, we're looking for someone to take ownership and bring everything together.

This is a hands-on role. You'll set the marketing direction, but you'll also execute it.

You'll create content, design marketing materials, produce and edit videos, build landing pages, manage and improve our websites, run email campaigns, own social channels and coordinate our presence at international events and exhibitions. With today's AI and no-code tools, we expect you to be comfortable creating high-quality work independently. You don't need to be a graphic designer, video editor or developer, but you should know how to use modern tools to get great results without needing a specialist for every task.

What we're looking for

We're not looking for someone focused mainly on social media or content. We want someone who combines creativity, commercial thinking and hands-on execution.

You should be comfortable:

  • Creating strong visual, written and video content yourself
  • Managing websites and building landing pages
  • Using AI and modern marketing/no-code tools as part of your everyday workflow
  • Planning and executing campaigns across email, social, web and events
  • Managing conferences and exhibitions from a marketing perspective
  • Measuring reach, engagement, leads and ROI
  • Turning multiple brands and channels into one structured marketing function

You have a strong eye for quality, but you also care about what marketing actually delivers for the business.

You naturally ask: Who are we trying to reach? What are we trying to achieve? Is this good enough? What are the numbers telling us? And is it generating value?

As we grow, the marketing function will grow with you. But initially, this role is for someone who enjoys being resourceful, independent and close to the work.

If you'd rather build than coordinate, we'd love to meet you. We value thoughtful applications and review each one carefully. Every application is reviewed by a member of our team. If your experience aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll be in touch regarding next steps.
