Job description

🎯 Your mission As a BDR Intern, your mission is to support the Sales team in generating qualified sales opportunities. You are one of the first points of contact with our prospects and you contribute directly to Vizzia’s sales momentum. You will work closely with the Account Executives, the BDR Manager, and the Sales Manager, as well as with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams. Opportunity to continue on a permanent contract (CDI), starting as a BDR and growing into an Account Executive role over time.

🚀 Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify initial sales opportunities (local authorities, private sector, integration partners, etc.).
  • Actively participate in outbound prospecting: calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.
  • Handle inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.
  • Book qualified meetings for the Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with AEs on targeting strategies and account mapping.
  • Enrich and update the CRM (HubSpot) with rigor and accuracy.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of prospecting scripts, sequences, and processes.

Goals & KPIs

  • Book 4 to 6 qualified meetings per week (depending on ramp-up)
  • Reach an 8–10% conversion rate from calls/emails → meetings
  • Keep the CRM clean, complete, and up to date
  • Develop skills in sales outreach, qualification, and key messaging

✅ About you

  • Master’s degree (Bac+5), business school or university
  • Looking for a final-year internship only, available for a 6-month internship
  • Strong motivation to grow in SaaS sales, with the ambition to learn prospecting first and gradually move into more full-scope roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
  • Commercial curiosity: eager to understand customer challenges, decision-making cycles, and market stakeholders
  • Professional proficiency in English & French

⭐ Bonus points

  • A first prospecting experience (internship, apprenticeship, student job) is a plus, but motivation and willingness to learn matter most

Benefits

🏡 Hybrid work (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) 🏝 Mandatory internship agreement from your school (1 day off per month) 💻 A work Macbook 🍜 60% coverage of meal vouchers worth €9 per worked day 🚃/🚲 Sustainable mobility allowance 💼 Offices located in central Paris (9th arrondissement) ☀️ Annual offsite with the whole team and plenty of company events
