Heidi at a glance

An AI Care Partner that automates clinical documentation, evidence lookup, and patient communication for clinicians.

Heidi is an ambient AI platform for clinicians: it listens to a patient visit and produces the clinical note, billing codes, referral letters, and follow-up tasks, so doctors spend less time documenting and more time with patients. It also offers point-of-care clinical evidence and patient communication tools, spanning solo practitioners to large hospital networks.

Job description

WHO WE ARE

Healthcare needs a better rhythm: one that keeps care continuous and deeply human. Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make that possible.

We’re a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives building tools that help clinicians stay focused on what matters most: their patients.

In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals — supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries. Today, more than two million patient visits each week are powered by Heidi worldwide.

Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, we’re growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create opportunity through disciplined, creative outbound across calls, email, social, and product-led signals
  • Break into high-value medical practices, health systems, and executive stakeholders who have never heard of Heidi
  • Research target accounts deeply to understand workflows, incentives, and hidden pain points
  • Deconstruct complex clinical and operational processes to surface value others miss
  • Own a defined territory and build a repeatable outbound engine that scales over time with Senior Salespeople
  • Book high-quality meetings and deliver clean, thoughtful handoffs to Senior Salespeople
  • Continuously test messaging, targeting, and sequencing to out-hustle incumbents and outperform the market

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Priority one is a hard worker. Someone who takes personal responsibility for outcomes and consistently outworks their peers
  • Intellectually sharp, coachable, and relentlessly driven to improve
  • Comfortable being uncomfortable and earning wins the hard way
  • Motivated by ownership, leverage, and long-term upside rather than short-term comfort
  • Clear communicator who can earn attention and credibility in cold conversations
  • Sales experience is preferred, of any kind. We care less about where you sold and more about what selling taught you

OTHER THINGS TO KNOW

  • This is an in-person role based out of our New York office
  • Experience in healthcare or SaaS is helpful but not required
  • Attitude, work ethic, and learning velocity matter more than years on a resume
  • No corporate bloat. No hand-holding. Just results, accountability, and real opportunity to grow

THE WAY WE WORK

  1. Build to Last

We design for safety and reliability so clinicians, patients, and our teams can trust what we build every day.

  1. Own Your Practice

Ideas rise on merit, not title, and everyone shares responsibility for the standards we set together.

  1. Move Fast, Stay Steady

We move quickly but never at the cost of trust. Progress only matters if people can depend on what we make.

  1. Make Others Better

Honest feedback, steady support, and shared growth keep our teams improving together.
