As we continue to grow, we are looking for high-potential early-career team members who are excited to take on challenges, learn quickly, and grow with an entrepreneurial team.

This role is designed for someone who wants hands-on exposure to business operations, regional expansion, and the day-to-day work involved in scaling a growing education business.

What You’ll Work On

Business Expansion & Operations

- Spend time in learning centers to understand student, parent, staff, and operational needs firsthand

- Identify operational challenges and help develop practical solutions to improve center performance and customer experience

- Support new center launches, including launch planning, operational setup, coordination, and execution

- Assist with evaluating potential new markets and expansion opportunities

- Help develop and improve repeatable operating processes, workflows, and systems as the business grows

- Track operational priorities, follow up on action items, and help ensure projects are completed on time

- Work closely with Center Managers and other frontline team members to understand what is working and where additional support is needed

- Analyze operational information and frontline feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

- Support cross-functional projects related to center performance, expansion, staffing needs, customer experience, and business operations

- Take ownership of projects and help move initiatives from planning through implementation

Who We’re Looking For

We care more about your potential, mindset, and ability to grow than having a perfectly matched background.

You may be a great fit if you:

- Are interested in business operations, expansion, and understanding how a growing organization works

- Are collaborative, easy to work with, and eager to learn

- Enjoy identifying problems and finding practical ways to improve processes

- Are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment where priorities may evolve

- Have strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Are comfortable interacting with frontline teams, managers, parents, and other stakeholders

- Are willing to spend time at different Think Zone learning centers throughout the Bay Area as business needs require

- Are interested in education and want to contribute to building better learning experiences

- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. New graduates and early-career candidates are welcome to apply.
