About GenTube
GenTube is a consumer AI creation app. We’re a small team in Toronto, backed by top consumer investors and operators. We believe creation should feel like entertainment. Our goal is simple: turn 1B+ doom scrollers into creators. If you want to help build a real consumer product for millions of people, this is your shot. The companies winning consumer AI today won’t be the ones defining it tomorrow.
Why Join
- Work on something huge
- Move fast and learn fast
- Work on real execution, not meetings
- Be close to users and numbers
- Own important parts of the company
Our founders have built products used by 100M+ people and sold an AI startup for $150M. If you want stability, slow iteration, and a narrow job — this is not it. If you want speed, ownership, and impact, keep reading.
Role: Business Operations This is a high-ownership business ops role. You’ll work directly with the founders to help run the company. Your job is to make the team faster and more effective. You will own projects across growth ops, hiring ops, systems, and execution.

- Track execution weekly and follow up until things ship
- Build simple systems for hiring, onboarding, and internal operations
- Help run growth experiments (coordination, tracking, learnings)
- Build dashboards, docs, and processes that keep the team aligned
- Take on messy, high-leverage projects and drive them to completion
- Remove bottlenecks for the founders and the team
What We Want
- You move fast and take ownership by default
- You are highly organized and reliable
- You write clearly and communicate directly
- You like ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- You can run projects end-to-end without supervision
Details
