How you’ll support our operations:
As a Class A CDL Delivery Driver, you are a crucial member of our operations team, responsible for transporting freight, including customer’s orders, from our fulfillment centers to our cross docks for last-mile delivery. Operating a Class A company vehicle, you will navigate designated routes, delivering products with a commitment to safety and on-time performance.

What you’ll be doing:
- Complies with all DOT and Misfits Market safety standards at all times. This includes but is not limited to: wearing your seatbelt when the vehicle is in motion, safely exiting and entering the flow of traffic, using hands-free cellular features, and obeying all traffic laws.
- Act as a representative of the company, operating a company-provided tractor-trailer with professionalism and courtesy to other drivers.
- Operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Prioritize safety in all aspects of driving, loading, and unloading.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately, including delivery logs, invoices, inspections, and hours of service logs. Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for each delivery.
- Maintain open communication with dispatch, warehouse, and leadership. Report any delays, issues, or changes in delivery schedules promptly.
- Operation of computer/ internal freight monitoring systems required.
- Flexibility with scheduling and the ability to adapt to changes in delivery routes or schedules. Available for around the clock shifts to accommodate freight movements.
What you have:
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Possess a valid state issued driver's license for at least 3 years
- Valid Class A Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must possess valid DOT required medical card and be registered with DOT
- 2 years of previous tractor-trailer driving experience and/or be a graduate of a State certified and Licensed truck driving school.
- Comfortable operating a tractor-trailer in all types of weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to
- Ability to sit, stand, squat, kneel, and bend repetitively with or without reasonable accommodation
Nice for you to have:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Experience working in a food based environment
