Cell Development Process Engineer
Responsibilities
- Lead the optimization and development of cell process
- Write DFMEA and PFMEA for new products

Experience in improvement projects
- Make SPC and CPK analysis
- Familiar with and have the ability of preparing PFMEA, CP, WI and SOP
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrochemistry or related battery
- 5 years of experience in cell research and development process
- Good at DOE design
- Familiar with PFMEA&DFMEA
- Familiar with battery performance testing and verification
- 6 Sigma Green belt or above is preferred
