About the Role: We’re looking for an exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our thriving Tempe center. You’ll be joining a collaborative environment with two experienced BCBAs already on site — professionals who take pride in fostering an inclusive, supportive, and high-quality care culture. In this role, you’ll work in-center, providing behavior analysis, supervising RBTs, and helping children reach meaningful milestones. What You'll Do:
- Conduct assessments and design data-driven treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of implementation
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain high ethical and clinical standards
- Contribute to an environment of teamwork and professional growth
Requirements:
- BCBA certification given by the BACB
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona
