About the company

Sanctuary builds nature-led, wellness-centered communities that feel alive. Our first 135-acre residential community in the Texas Hill Country is designed with:

🌱 Non-toxic materials

💧 Clean water and filtration systems

⚡ EMF-conscious design

🌿 135 acres of preserved land and eco-sensitive planning

🏗️ Masonry construction

We are a global team (spread across 8 countries) of designers, architects, engineers, and dreamers building spaces that restore and inspire. For us, it's not just where people live - it's how they live.

Our vision is to bring Sanctuary to major cities around the world: healthy, sovereign communities that sit on the edges of every modern metropolis.

The role

Our coordination team is scaling fast and we need someone who thinks like a builder, not a designer. You'll own a portfolio of homes end-to-end — catching construction conflicts before they become field problems, keeping documentation clean across all disciplines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between design intent and site execution.

Your day-to-day

  • Own design development and construction detailing across multiple homes simultaneously
  • Catch and resolve issues at critical construction junctions - before they ever reach the site
  • Review drawings with a sharp eye for constructability — conflicts, gaps, ambiguities
  • Coordinate across structural, MEP, and civil disciplines to keep documentation clean
  • Keep reporting tight, consistent, and reliable — no dropped balls
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers across time zones

You're probably a great fit if...

  • You have 4+ years coordinating or executing residential projects - at a developer, architecture firm, or construction company
  • You've managed a high volume of homes at the same time and know how to stay on top of all of them
  • You've worked on US projects and genuinely understand how American construction works - not just the drawings, but the build
  • You're India-based and comfortable working with a US-facing team
  • Revit or BIM tools? Familiarity is a bonus, but your real superpower is construction knowledge and execution

What's in it for you

  • Real ownership - you're not a cog, you're running a portfolio
  • US market exposure on high-quality residential projects
  • A fast-growing team where your impact is visible and your growth is real
  • A direct path to team leadership as we scale

If this sounds like the role you've been waiting for, we'd love to hear from you. Apply, and let’s talk!
