Job description

Wyze is looking for a Contract TikTok Shop Affiliate & Creator Manager to own and grow our creator/affiliate program for the US and Mexico market. You'll be the day-to-day driver of creator recruitment, relationship management, and campaign execution that fuels GMV growth on TikTok Shop across both markets — with a particular focus on identifying, cultivating, and retaining our top-performing creators, since they drive a disproportionate share of GMV. This is a hands-on, contract individual-contributor role for someone who thrives on building relationships with creators, running data-driven campaigns, and moving fast in a high-growth social commerce environment.

Our Social Commerce team is scaling our mission on TikTok Shop across the US and Mexico. You'll join a small, fast-moving team with direct ownership over a market and the opportunity to shape how Wyze grows creator-driven commerce in Latin America. You'll work closely with the Social Commerce Manager (TikTok Shop) and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams, as well as directly with TikTok's US and Mexico partner teams.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end TikTok Shop affiliate/creator program across the US and Mexico markets: recruitment, onboarding, activation, and retention of creators across all levels, with primary emphasis on managing and growing relationships with top-tier/top-performing creators.
  • Manage daily creator communications and community across Discord, Lark, WhatsApp, and other creator management channels/tools.
  • Drive creator invite volume and acceptance rates, and track key funnel metrics (invites sent, acceptance rate, samples shipped, videos/LIVEs posted, video-with-sales rate).
  • Design and run creator incentive campaigns and GMV challenges (e.g., tiered reward structures, growth challenges for smaller creators vs. absolute-GMV challenges for top creators) to drive product-level GMV.
  • Coordinate free sample shipments and content requests with creators, and manage the associated budget responsibly.
  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for our top-tier creators, providing white-glove support (priority sampling, custom briefs, escalation handling) to keep them engaged and consistently posting.
  • Own the US and Mexico affiliate commission structure and budget tracking, reporting actual spend against plan to the Social Commerce Manager.
  • Represent Wyze in weekly syncs with TikTok's US and Mexico partner teams, surfacing performance updates, blockers, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze creator and product-level performance data (GMV, units sold, CTR, conversion) to identify which creators, content formats, and products to prioritize.
  • Manage and evaluate creator CRM/affiliate management tools, ensuring the team has the right tech stack to scale outreach and reporting.
  • Partner with the broader TTS team to share best practices and keep strategy consistent across both markets.
  • Field and evaluate inbound partnership opportunities (e.g., creator houses, agency offers, brand deals) and bring recommendations to the team.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer/creator management, or social commerce, ideally with direct TikTok Shop experience — including hands-on experience managing relationships with top-tier/high-GMV creators, not just growing overall creator headcount.
  • Fluent English required for daily internal reporting and US creator outreach.
  • Strong understanding of the TikTok Shop creator ecosystem: creator tiers, commission structures, sample/content workflows, and livestream/short-video mechanics.
  • Comfortable working with data: able to track GMV, conversion, and creator performance metrics, and turn them into action (spreadsheets/Excel required; SQL, Snowflake, or Tableau experience a plus).
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills — you know how to motivate and retain creators at every level.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent campaigns, budgets, and creator relationships without dropping details.
  • Self-starter who is comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving, resource-lean team.
  • Comfortable working across US and Mexico time zones as needed.

Nice to Have

  • Spanish fluency — a strong plus for communicating directly with Mexican creators, though not required.
  • Experience with affiliate/creator CRM tools (e.g., Euka Ai, Creator One Club, or similar platforms).
  • Existing network or relationships with Mexican TikTok creators or creator agencies.
  • Experience running paid ads or promotions on TikTok Shop.
  • Background in consumer electronics, smart home, or hardware e-commerce.
