Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a leading full-service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, “always-entertaining” marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.

Your impact

● Develop and manage comprehensive campaign timelines and schedules. ● Provide accurate estimates for small projects. ● Regularly review project management software to ensure tasks are completed, quality- checked, and closed out. ● Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives. ● Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions. ● Communicate client campaign objectives and manage internal communications for asset development. ● Ensure all creative assets adhere to campaign aesthetics, specifications, and client brand guidelines. ● Download, label, and appropriately upload video and photo files as required. ● Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project management.

Your experience

● 2-5 years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment. ● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. ● Excellent organizational and time management skills. ● Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities effectively. ● Proficiency in project management software. Experience with Monday.com and Google sheets is a plus.

Your availability

● 9-6pm PST; M-F

Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours.
