Job description

Who we are: Open is a modern studio reimagining the way people practice mindfulness. We blend music, sound, breath, and movement to create powerful shared experiences both in-person and online. Inspired by art, culture, and design, we believe in the power of direct experience to transform lives. Based in Venice, our growing team is diverse, ambitious, and dedicated to building the future of wellness. We’re backed by Founders Fund (Keith Rabois), Susa, LVMH (Miyuki Matsumoto), Coatue (Arielle Zuckerberg), Slow, SV Angel, Maveron, Jack Dorsey, Adrian Aoun, Jonathan Neman (Sweetgreen), Harpreet Singh Rai (Oura), and Tony Xu (DoorDash)

The role: We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to turn Open’s brand into compelling paid social creative, with a focus on Meta, Google, TikTok and Youtube ad strategy + creative production. Working where strategy, creativity, culture, and consumer insight meet, you’ll pair cultural instincts with an understanding of what earns attention and drives action. You’ll develop ads that feel distinctive to Open and give people a reason to practice with us. From the first hook through production and testing, you’ll own the creative process: developing concepts, writing scripts, briefing creators, guiding edits, and translating performance learnings into the next round of work. You’ll partner closely with the growth team to connect brand storytelling with measurable results.

Responsibilities:

- Develop ad concepts grounded in Open’s practices and products, audience motivations, cultural insights, and creative performance.

- Write clear, compelling copy across hooks, scripts, headlines, and ad messaging that reflects Open’s voice while driving attention, understanding, and action.

- Shape hooks, scripts, storyboards, and messaging angles for creator content, testimonials, product demonstrations, and brand storytelling.

- Translate ideas into production-ready briefs with clear direction for talent, visuals, pacing, and editing.

- Partner with designers, editors, creators, and the growth team to take concepts from brief through final delivery.

- Manage creative production timelines, feedback, and deliverables across multiple concepts and variations.

- Build creative testing plans across hooks, formats, messages, and audiences, with a clear hypothesis behind each test.

- Review results with the growth team and build a reusable library of winning hooks, concepts, and audience insights to guide future production.

What drives success for this role:

  • 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or creator partnerships
  • Experience working on brand partnerships or sponsored campaigns, and an understanding of what partners need from creator work
  • A strong network of creators and agents, and a sharp eye for who is right for a brand
  • Comfortable negotiating rates and terms, and managing budgets and contracts
  • Excellent communicator who builds real relationships with creators and partners alike
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to run many creators and campaigns at once
  • Data-minded, you know which numbers matter and how to report on them simply
  • Genuine interest in mindfulness, music, and the power of shared experiences
