The Cleanroom CSA Construction Coordinator provides field coordination and construction support for Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scopes within high-tech cleanroom and semiconductor facilities. This position works closely with the Construction Manager, Project Manager, General Contractor, subcontractors, engineering teams, and client representatives to support safe, efficient, and timely execution of construction activities.
The Construction Coordinator will help coordinate field activities, track progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure work is being completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, quality requirements, and site procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily CSA construction activities with the General Contractor, subcontractors, engineering teams, and client representatives.
- Support execution of cleanroom construction activities including architectural finishes, structural systems, equipment support structures, walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, penetrations, and associated building systems.
- Coordinate work between multiple trades to minimize conflicts and maintain project progress.
- Participate in daily and weekly construction coordination meetings.
- Review upcoming work and identify potential impacts, constraints, and required coordination.
- Verify that construction activities are being performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate field access, work areas, sequencing, and shutdown requirements as needed.
Skills Required:
- 3+ years of construction coordination, field engineering, or construction management experience.
- Experience with CSA construction preferred.
- Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data center, pharmaceutical, or other highly controlled environments required.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules. Understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and field execution.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Education / Licenses / Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) is required, however, Journeyman level trade experience will be applicable.
- Proof of education, licenses, and certification will be required where applicable.
