We are looking for a Delivery & Operations Executive – Learning to support the smooth and efficient delivery of training programs. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day learning operations, coordinating learners and instructors, maintaining training data and schedules, supporting channel partners, and ensuring a seamless experience across the training lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong training/learning operations or coordination experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.

What you'll do:

  • Support the end-to-end administration of public and private training programs.
  • Coordinate training schedules, learner enrolments, and session logistics.
  • Manage learner communications, including training invitations, reminders, and course-
  • related updates.
  • Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and operational data in Salesforce.
  • Generate and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation as required.
  • Assist in coordinating instructor schedules, training logistics, and classroom requirements.
  • Publish and maintain course schedules and information on certification and partner portals.
  • Support the maintenance of course catalogues, training content, and related documentation.
  • Assist in managing trainer credentials, certification records, and accreditation
  • requirements.Support channel partner administration, including onboarding, quotations, and operational requests.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other learning operations and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Learning & Coaching leadership team.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related discipline.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in learning administration, training operations, program coordination, education operations, or a similar role.
  • Prior experience supporting professional training, certification programs, corporate learning, or customer-facing training operations is preferred.
  • Experience working with CRM, LMS, or other learning/operations platforms; hands-on experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs, schedules, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with learners, instructors, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned activities, and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced environment and collaborate across different teams and time zones.
